cliThis website is designed to help residents of the Highbanks area come together and make our neighborhood an even better place for all of us. As neighbors, we should develop relationships with each other that promote mutual respect, a feeling of security, and more enjoyable and meaningful interactions. In this way, we can create a stronger sense of community. This site is provided in an effort to encourage these relationships by offering another means of communication. It is our hope that it will soon become an active tool in accomplishing a variety of civic and social purposes.
